West End MotorsDriving relevant customers from Facebook
West End Motors approached us to help with the launch of the new Nissan Qashqai.
We were trusted to set up and deliver a well-targeted social media campaign. The business has a great reputation already, as a family business that has run for over 50 years. They sell new and used Nissan and Vauxhall cars from their 3-acre site in Bodmin.
The team at West End Motors are aware that their customers are online, but were unsure how best to reach out to them online. Pirate 360 put together a plan that would leverage powerful targeting in Facebook to identify and deliver messages to the most relevant customer groups.
Pirate 360 built an audience based on location, demographic information, and interest and buying intention. After zeroing in on a specific target audience we utilised national and local creative assets to craft a beautiful and impactful Facebook canvas. This canvas engaged users and was used to really drive brand awareness during the launch period. Including video, imagery and copy this creative type is truly dynamic and shows off complex products in effective manner.
As a format the Facebook canvas allows us to convey a lot of information, using a varied array of media types to deliver pertinent messaging. On mobile devices the canvas is clicked by users and delivers a full-screen creative at lightning quick speed, allowing us to ensure messaging is delivered on-time and on-brand.
Over the course of the three-week campaign the canvas reached in excess of 20,000 people in the specific target audience.
This campaign drove relevant traffic to the website to register interest or book test drives for the client. A huge success that delivered on our target metric of reach and awareness building for the client.
